The chef
A true Italian
Chef Guido Ascencio already dreamed of opening his own pizzeria as a young boy. He looked at his father's pizza baking in his restaurant kitchen, and so he had a desire to do the same one day. Guido's dream finally came true in 2015 and he is proud to call himself a pizza baker.
